Payment must be received 5 days in advance to receive early registration prices. Refunds will be given if canceled before noon 5 days in advance. No refunds thereafter. Reserved seats will be released at 11:55 for on-site registrations. If you need special accommodations, please call TSAE at least 5 days in advance. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations by noon 5 days prior to the luncheon will be billed. No shows also will be billed.
